Refund Policy

Rules Manager is downloadable and try-before-you-buy. The demo is given to let you fully evaluate the product before you make a purchase decision.

Please use the demo to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. All features of the demo are the same as in the full version, the only limitations being the number of rules (limited to 50 in the demo), number of items archived in one run (limited to 200), and lack of import/export.

If you purchase Rules Manager, after your payment has cleared you will receive an email with the purchase code to activate the software. Once this information is emailed to you, no refunds will be given. This policy exists since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of the software.

While evaluating Rules Manager, support is available to assist in installation and configuration via email or the forums. It is strongly recommended that all customers download, install, and test Rules Manager prior to making a purchase.
